I really like this. But this photo would be MUCH stronger if you cropped the ear of the guy on the left out. Most would not notice it, but it is just enough of a distraction that it takes your eye from the focus. Always keep an eye out for stuff like that on the borders of photos. :-) Good Job though! I really like this!

I like the choice of B&W. Composition might have been improved with a slightly tighter crop on the left. I like that you included his hands. Really improves the interest of the whole photo.
