All the technicals of exposure are good, but I am not drawn to anything in the image. the building looks interesting but maybe you could have got closer and found an interesting detail from there.

pretty park but the shot looks a bit like a snap-shot... I find the sign and the small brick pillars distract from the beautiful aspects of the image (the trees, the building...)

Don't guess I am smart enough to get a thumbnail of a lighter version. I have tried several times and it has me beat.

Well, it was another lesson learned in editing your photos. I liked the dark rich red color and the dark green leaves. Some thought the photo was too dark, but I know it is hard to please all on this because of the quality of the monitor that is used to view these photos. My monitor at home is darker than my monitor at work, so I can see what people are commenting about the photo being too dark.

I was inside a building, shooting through the window and captured this cardinal up close. It was difficult with the lighting in the room and the lighting outside.

This was a good attempt, but the blue jay is lost in the composition. The colors are good on the bird, but it lighting is harsh and the bird is out of focus and part of the background.
