Thanks for the votes. I knew it wouldn't be the best entry, but needed to get my feet wet. These are coastal Coastal Redwoods in the Santa Cruz mountains. It's always pretty here so I sometimes forget to get out and shoot.

The picture in itself is great. I'm not sure how I feel about it in this challenge though. If the challenge title was flowers, gardens & fields I'd be okay with it.. It just seems to me as if you don't have a whole lot of flowers, or as if they're not a big part of the overall picture.

However, I do have to say that those are gorgeous trees to have in your front yard!
