Nice photo. It has some warm (red, orange, yellow) colors, but it is not primarily warm so you may lose points because of that.

The colors on the subject stand out against the background which immideantly draws your eye to the subject. The lines help guide your eye throught the photo. This shot meets the objective very nicely.
