Be Different !!by abbi2bComment by Yo_Spiff: Nice idea, but the execution needs some help, I'm afraid. Harsh light and the subjects being crammed too close in the frame are the two things that jump out at me the most.
It also seems unclear. I think most of it is due to the use of excessive JPEG compression. Your file size of only 38k indicates a highly compressed image and that is what is robbing most of the detail and sharpness from this image. I can see lots of compression artifacts around the red bottle caps. Check your compression settings when you save your file. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit. (150k for this one) |

Be Different !!by abbi2bComment by scottieham: A different angle would do more from this image and perhaps give it some depth rather than having everything on one level. |

Be Different !!by abbi2bComment by kaiser_chief: Why should I be different. Where is the motivation to be different. This same statement has been made by others, yet it lacks the motivational phrase to make this work, which is a large part of all motivational posters........
I feel this would have worked more strongly if the bottle was still a coke bottle, and just the fluid inside was different, rather than being a different shape as well..... |

Indoor saleby abbi2bComment by WickedSound: Like the angle and the cropping here. Does well keeping the busy stuff out of the picture. I find myself looking at the first row of apples even though they're not the ones that are in focus. Not suggesting its a bad thing, just an observation. You apples alone are rich and full of color along with good lighting. Nicely captured. |
