Winter 2008by CWelchComment by RulerZigzag: really awesome portrait, I will definitely try to do this with my 4 dogs one day. I like how the big guy on the left has his leg droopin down like a human, and he sure knows how to pay attention to the camera! |

My Valentine <3 by CWelchComment by RulerZigzag: Cute portrait, love the selective coloring and a good idea keeping the rose red. Beautiful dog! I would try to use a tripod for these low light indoor shots, the slightest shake could result in a loss of sharpness. |

My Gentle Giantby CWelchComment by aKiwi: On camera flash doesn't help this image.
Try to ues a more imaginitive lighting setup. Either try to get your flash off your camera, or use window lighting or a reflector to make things more interesting and softer. |

Pretty in Pinkby CWelchComment by basssman7: Ok, your exposure here is almost perfect. I hate it when people make comments on exposure and they have a monitor that is uncalibrated so they do not know what the hell they are talking about.
It does however lack some "pop" and lacks the oversaturated colours that the dpc voters love. |
