in my estimation, this is one of the only shots I've seen so far that truly understands the value of negative space...as I understand it—that the negative space is supposed to draw your attention prior to the positve space. Well done. It get's my vote.

I like this rendition. It's so difficult to take a unique photo of this rock as often as it is photographed. Well done.

I like the fact that it's open to interpretation which is actually the "negative space".

I wish the sky was smoother, less noisy.

I liked the positive /negative on this photo. Would have liked more without the scrub or bush in foreground. Not sure but if a silouette of a person leaning on rock could have been accomplished or even a siloette of person to show magnitude or size of rock. I like the shot though!

Nice crisp shot, and great natural colours. The shadows in the eye sockets are not idea, but you probably couldn't control the lighting, which is still pretty good. I like the shallow DOF, and the expression. Could benefit from a little USM, and maybe move the crop slightly to show less behind his head, and a little more in front, but a great image.
