Additionally, it is highly interesting/eclectic meaning it keeps me here long enough to offer a longer comment and a vote of 8 or more.

This is one of my 8s - I like it. Furthermore I think it enriches the DPC collective portfolio. Put simply, I wish we saw more stuff like this. Let me tell you why it pushes all the right buttons for me:

1. Great sense of speed.
2. The highly structured blur.
3. Excellent tones.
4. The sense of falling forwards - madly unbalanced and slightly frantic feel.

Effective work.

I had to look twice to see that this wasn't a black and white bird flying towards a flower but a bird with an amazing head feathers and a bug in its beak. The chick in the hollow with its mouth wide open is a great inclusion. Great capture!
