I Hate Peeps!by LaReeComment by LaRee: That isn't my hand in the shot, it's my sisters. I guess if I wanted to get serious I could have set up the tripod and timer for a shot with me squishing the dang peep. ;) Thanks for the comments and GO PEEP HATERS! lol |

I Hate Peeps!by LaReeComment by MaryO: Very Eastery backdrops; makes the chained Peep more surreal. Can't quite figure out what it's chained to and not sure I want to know! |

I Hate Peeps!by LaReeComment by timfythetoo: I noticed these pillows in the store yesterday but couldn bring myself to paying 10 bucks a piece for them. However I will go out today and buy them on sale. Thanks for the reminder.
Oddly enough I wasnt quite sure what your hand was at first. Looked like a loaf of bread or something. I think had your fingers been showing your image would have been more clear. Funny though - and I do share your sentiments. |

Speedby LaReeComment by jsundin: LaRee, very nice capture. Others mention the colors, the shutterspeed and the background. You cannot control the background all the time. It looks fine, but maybe cropping a wee bit off the top would make it better.
I can tell there is speed involved due to the spray of the water from behind the ski. I am amazed people actually voted this low (2 and 3).
Very good. |

Speedby LaReeComment by LaRee: Ben, I wanted to get a sharp shot. I thought the fact that the jet-ski is mostly out of the water, and the spray behind, body posture of the rider etc. portrayed speed. He was going very fast.
digifotojo, I can assure you I did the best I could with the background. I moved up and down the beach always paying attention to the background. It is what it is, but I appreciate your feedback.
psart, thank you so much for your comment. You *got* what I was trying to accomplish here. I actually was on my belly on the edge of the water. Photo was taken at 300mm, f/10, 1/800.
I want to thank each of you for leaving a comment. |

Speedby LaReeComment by digifotojo: Something lacking here. Not enough bright colors, water too dull and the background looks like an afterthought. |
