Good capture of our current events. You can definitely see the black in the waves, and some staining of the sand. I like that you have the pier in the shot, as it adds a bit of interest.

Too much JPEG compression is taking away a lot of clarity and detail in this. Always adjust JPEG compression so that your file size is as large as possible, but within the challenge limit.

A study in contrasts: White tulip against black background which makes it stand out and the pleasing diagonal curves from right to left which place this in the centre complemented with the yellow green of the stem and the medium green patterns of the solo supporting leaf structure which are edged with just a tiny tinge of reflected bloom. This has beautiful shapes as well.
