The expression on this boys face is awkward...as if it were caught at the wrong moment. I like the almost sepia toning...but it doesn't really go far enough for me, rather it leaves his skin looking oddly toned. Still puzzling over why the fireplace is not plumb....

the DOF throws things off a bit, not sure if the blur in the background was from the camera or post processing but it distracts from the flowers

This may have worked better with a watercolor filter applied to the whole image. As it is, the main subject which draws the eye, is OOF, and the other two flowers are oversharpened, and the tree in the BG is distracting. Great colors here, but another way of prcessing the shot may have worked better.
