True the background was not good, its actually a t-shirt :) obviously not ironed...
I was just in a hurry to shoot it while my smoking friends were around and with them the cigars(I don't smoke). Something dark and shiny would be my choice if I had any in my kitchen at the time...
Its not possible to make the smoke come out of the mouth, eye sockets are the only holes in the scull.

The smoke should come out of the mouth for an effective anti-smoking campaign. Some sharpness would not hurt the skull I believe, as it is already dead.
