Princess Paw Pawby pupparazzoComment by Elaine: To me, a portrait has controlled lighting and setting. The light seems a little harsh, and too blue. The setting seems to be a cage, which seems kind of odd for a portrait. |

Princess Paw Pawby pupparazzoComment by Sheryll: She's very sweet!! And a lovely expression. Don't know if you used gaussian blur or if its just not quite focused but with the shallow DOF I would like to see more clarity in the visible eye. If the DOF were not as shallow then the lack of clarity in the eye might have been okay for me. 6 |

a piss-poor excuse for a sommelierby pupparazzoComment by justine: I voted on this several days ago, now as my usual I'm back to check my vote and to comment.
I think--- why I didn't comment on this shot earlier is that it made me feel uncomfortable. I really have to say I feel like I'm intruding on this woman. She is not well, in a nursing home, hospital.....under some care anyway.
I do see the wine on the commode.
I don't normally shy from illness etc..I am a retired nurse. All that being said, it just made me feel I should not be there. :) Sorry just my feeling. Now if that is what emotion you were trying to invoke...then you are a success!! |
