these images are amazing. the detail is great, the 'work' is at the same time obvious but subtle. i have to say though, that the merging of the three images rather than framing each one reduces the effectiveness of the final photo a bit (or maybe if they hadn't been merged so well and some seperation between each photo was more obvious). regardless, it's a powerful shot. 9

I like the collage aspect of this image...
Most people framed three separate images, so this is unique in that respect.
THe weapon and handcuffs evoke a dynamic response in me, and the writing instruments fall kind of flat in comparison. I would have preferred weapon-handcuffs-badge maybe...

Should have put the pens in the middle since the cuffs and gun are similar in appearance... althought the order is good when you consider police work (from left to right). Nice job blending the 3 shots like that!

Very cool, interesting shot. I both like and dislike your transitions. I like them for their subtlety, but that subtleness had me confused for several minutes, esp. between the gun and hand cuffs. (I also think I'd like to see more of both the gun and handcuffs - for additional subject clarity) Perhaps if the pens were in the center?
