I think a backdrop of some kind would help get rid of the background elements. the bottle, picture frame and I'm guessing ceramic ornament don't really contribute to this. The lighting is a little dark too, but it brings out the red white and blue well. |

The blue pearls seem to have taken all the focus leaving the red ones a little blurred, maybe you could have used a higher f/stop number to get everything in focus. |
