I like your idea, but the light from the flash makes it look unnatural to me. I do like the blue sky in the background. It provides a nice color contrast for the flowers.

Hey, Maxine. Congrats on your new 5th-best! I think cropping off some of the top and enhancing the lightness on the fence to show more detail would help this score even higher.

I think maybe with less of the top (sky) in the crop that it would be more pleasing. Well focussed and the detail of the tops showing through is very nice!
