Sorry but this to me just seems like a poorly thought out snapshot, I think you can do much better, especially with the composition. I would have either moved to the left or swung the camera that way to lose that rooftop in the lower right corner and also not had so much empty space towards the top of the picture, there really is no place for the eye to stop with this composition. If you are new to photography, try reading up on the rule of thirds and use it for a while, if you are not and just experimenting with this shot, by all means ignore this advice :)

Although the composition is fairly strong, there is nothing about this photo that pulls me in. It has a bit of a yellowish cast that affects the sky. Also, cloning out that hot pixel on the left above the crane would help.

A dot in the sensor. New basic editing rules allow to clone that. Interesting composition, although I think the TV aerial is a bit disturbing.

the composition is promising, but the colors are muddy, particularly the sky. and you can remove sensor dust in basic editing now.
