The title got me...it's a little dark. I'm going out on a 'wire' here...get it 'wire'?...you've got a lot of wires in your photo. Anyway, this looks like the backside of Barbary Coast (between the Flamingo) looking Southwest towards that new condo building that's going up on the west side of I-15. Am I right? Maybe you're on that new Monorail? I like the photo - it's a little on the dark side and not quite vertical. Anyway...
