Near the topby XShadowComment by Commando303: It's a good idea for this theme, but it's just not a very stunning photograph. The background is totally blank, lacking any interest; the subject doesn't really seem high enough to be distant, or intense enough to be enthralling; and the environment ΓΆ€” which one might assume would play a large part in such a picture ΓΆ€” is virtually nonexistent. Sorry if I was harsh, but I think it could've been better. |

A Matter of Perspectiveby XShadowComment by pinback: Nice. The symmetry is subtle, but there. I like it. Might have been interesting to rotate it anticlockwise 30 degrees or so so that the axis of symmetry is vertical. I think that would upset the viewpoint enough to make the symmetry dominant. |
