Tractor For Saleby klorineforbrainsComment by Tammer: For me, I wish there was a bit more definition at the base of the tractor because I really like its top silhouette, but then it just kind of disappears. Nice sunset photo. |

Confidentiallyby klorineforbrainsComment by SaraR: I am one of the ignoramuses that didn't get what this photo was of. I could see what I took to be blood on a white surface cut through with a line, and rising from this a flame. I still don't understand why you made the sealing wax splatter every where, and I don't get the flame at all. In my defence I was so confused by this one that I didn't leave a vote at all. |

Confidentiallyby klorineforbrainsComment by klorineforbrains: Well, I learned a lesson on this one. Though the shot isn't incredible, I figure I could have upped my score by quite a bit if I made my title "Confidentially (Sealing Wax)". I didn't think this was too ambiguous, but I understand people don't have forever to evaluate my shot.
Anyways, I wish people would skip the pic and not vote if they really "don't get it." Especially since the technicals on this shot are faily solid. The high number of 1,2, and 3 votes hurt.
It is sort of rewarding to get the impressive comments and I find it ironic that my worst scoring photo is my first to get faved. Anyways, like I said this is a nice lesson -- better to err on the obvious / safe side when titling shots on dpc. Still, a little dissapointing that you have to practically shove it into the voters face . . . |

Confidentiallyby klorineforbrainsComment by IreneM: Sorry, I'm not getting this. Is the red stuff wax? or blood? Is the light a laser? Maybe cutting through the paper? Is it paper? |
