Nice effect. I wonder how did you achieve it (zoom in maybe?). The black dots could be removed under advanced editing.

I think you may have dust bunnies which are mildly distracting.

Looks like you got some dirt or something on the image. You could have removed it for a cleaner look. Gave it a 6, would have been a 9 without the dirt.

Looks a little washed, more contrast and saturation maybe would help, not sure. The centered composition is very adequate for this type of photo, just lacks more strong colors and shaper focus. 4.
