The flower is a little out of focus.

A more interesting lighting set-up would help this.

Very Soft Focus & Pixelated...Either this is a shot through a screen door or the Save for Web settings are on the poor end of the spectrum. Check properties with a right click on this photo. It shows a file size of 11787 bytes (or approx. 11kb) very small size file giving impression of much poorer quality than the original. (I should know...bane to my existence until I learned Why & How to correct the problem.) PhotoShop Elements 4.0 (30-Day Free trial download) gives Save for Web option with wide-range of clarity when resized to 640 max as yours is.
This is an obviously well-composed photo that will shine with just a little more experience regarding the issues/liabilities of digital that "Get-in-The-Way" of good photography for beginning DPs, myself included.
Much success to you as you learn how to present to the world all the lovely photos you & your family/friends see on your camera's LCD. :)

There seems to be some definite JPEG noise in there. The grey area has blotches, and the blue area seems to be bleeding. Can you save it at a higher quality setting during post processing?

Wouldn't even be better having it a bit off centered? The left part of the image is dull and compromises the whole. You've got vibrant colours on the rest. I'd have it cropped.
