Really nice capture. Ideally I'd like the pelican to be on the right hand side of the frame (or at least right of center). I would suspect that you did some cropping on this so I would also suspect this is possible.

I really like the detail you captured and the frozen drops of water are terrific.

As the mother of a US Marine myself, I can really appreciate this picture and the sense of pride this photo means to you. Nice they were both able to get some leave to attend the wedding. Is your other son a Marine too? The one who got married this day?
