Reflections In the Riverby jswaldronComment by kanaj: It's a nice idea, but the tones and overall composition is just not very striking. Might I suggest trying something like this near sunset or early in the morning, when the "magical" lighting of nature seems most favorable for interesting reflections? |

Grandfather taking Napby jswaldronComment by samnotis: I think the lighting is really fantastic; despite the high contrast, there's detail in the shadows, which is pretty impressive. I don't think people really know what they're looking at, so I hope you don't let the score discourage you. That picture is so great. |
