Yellowby AmieeComment by PTLParsons: Very unique choice of which part of the car to photograph. Makes for a nice composition, and well done at that. Nice one. |

Empty Stadiumby AmieeComment by nicksab: The concept is good...find some way to blend Waldo into the patterns in the photo. But...Waldo is very easy to pick out. And anyway, Waldo isn't really obviously a person...it could be a sleeping bag... Also wish the power transformer weren't in the shot...takes away from the vertical/horizontal line patterns elsewhere. |

Shadow On A Staircaseby AmieeComment by goodtempo: Critique Club Critique
Composition/Content The shadow makes it a bit difficult at first to tell whether you are looking up or down the staircase. I wonder what is the point of focus or interest in this image.
Lighting I like the use of light to create striking shadows.
Camera Work/Technical The focus is ok and the depth of field is good.
My Opinion I would like to have seen something in the image to get my attention. The shadow line on the right and the bannister line on the left lead my eye to an empty spot of light at the end of the stairs. I don't understand this image. I don't know what the photographer is trying to convey; where does the staircase lead?

Empty Stadiumby AmieeComment by PTLParsons: Not really. A well photographed statidum, but not empty. Someone fell and can't get up. Nice clean well focused. Way to go. |

Empty Stadiumby AmieeComment by mcrael: Nice use of the horizontal pattern to hide your person who is lying down 1/3 from the top. I find the power pole at the top a little distracting - would prefer it wasn't there. Lighting renders this photo flat. Perhaps shooting under different daylight conditions would create more dramatic shadows? |

Empty Stadiumby AmieeComment by mcrochip: The splash of color is what gives the location away, IMO. Kind of a dreary day, but it does help with constant colors. |

Empty Stadiumby AmieeComment by kiwiness: This thought also crossed my mind but we don't have any stadiums near here. Good idea though and you have met the challenge bang on. I can't seem to spot your main focal point in this photo. |
