The Weary Travelerby doc_gonzoComment by Sonifo: This is something I do quite often, but I don't sit on the edge of the bed naked. hahaah.. This is a wonderful b/w. So many different contrasting colors, lines and shapes. I really like the reflection on the headboard. Maybe a tighter crop?? |

The Weary Travelerby doc_gonzoComment by Melethia: I can relate - the one bed that is slept in, the other used just to sit. Though I rarely sit around unclothed as the rooms are usually a tad on the chilly side. It does look like a very nice hotel! There's something unsettling about it. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. |

Light Studyby doc_gonzoComment by Bud: great shot - the lines lead the eye to the child which really grasps my attention. |

The Weary Travelerby doc_gonzoComment by Bud: This is really interesting - I would almost crop it a bit tighter to remove the foreground bed. I like the shadow/reflection on the head board and the strong light from the window illuminating the person. Well done. |

Tobyby doc_gonzoComment by SandyP: Ohhhhhhhwuh. . .I just wanna reach into my computer and give that huge loveable animal a big hug and a kiss! I love his expression. He is so engaged with you, even if he isn't quite sure what the heck you are doing. He is watching you with such devotion.
I love this!

Light Studyby doc_gonzoComment by jasonlprice: Awesome lighting indeed! I love the splash of light on his face and the wonderful leading lines running to the boy. The texture in those windows is wonderful too. It is a shame about the bright light in the top right and the boy up there as it is kinda distracting. It could easily be burned into oblivian if you wanted..I think a crop would be a little too tight. Regardless this is a fine capture of the moment and I would be very proud of it. |

Tobyby doc_gonzoComment by Bud: great job getting down to his level, he seems slightly out of focus |

The Weary Travelerby doc_gonzoComment by citymars: I really like this. It speaks of weariness, but it could also be about loneliness, or even about "the morning after." Technically speaking, the white spot above the bed backboard catches my eye. It also tilts a bit, though that's not necessarily a problem. |

Tobyby doc_gonzoComment by Ken: I like that look you captured, to me it looks like Toby is ready to pounce on your camera. I like how you got down low to his level. The detail with the background pulls my eye from the dog. |

Tobyby doc_gonzoComment by booboo_goon: What a cute dog =] nice subject you chose, but I think composition could be better, perhaps having more of a close up of the dogs face? I'm suggesting that because the background seems a bit distracting |
