And yes - I am indeed, though not particularly often anymore. Various bits of work and life seem to get in the way of photography a lot, though hoping to do more of it regularly once things settle down again. |

I'm not sure that the backdrop really works as well as you might have hoped - the way it hangs make it very clear that it is fabric, and this takes away from the 'underwater' feeling that I think you were after. |

Under the seaby purpleflutterby13Comment by h2: I like this ironic pinup style, but IMO it needed either a deeper DOF - which even more had called for an ironed backdrop and more even lighting or a very shallow DOF to enhance the "underwater" feel. |

Thanks :) And yes - hope to finally be around more often again! Got swallowed for a while by my PhD, but now that I've emerged on the other side, I actually have time for photography again. |
