Verrrry nice! It makes me wonder how you made the background blurry. And also very grainy. But the fork is sharp as a tack, and smooth and clean, no grain. Perhaps the background was printed out that way? However it's done, I like the lighting and the background, even though it puzzles me how it was done. Nice choice of colors.

the side-lighting and shadow really bring this fork to the top of the utensils submissions. The unusual framing guides the eye and really gives an otherwise good photo real punch - an OOF foreground that really works. [9]

I can see this hanging in a gallery, but with a real fork, and a wee halogen light providing the shadow. You've caught the essence of a whole generation of modern art.. Perfect 1/3rds composition to boot. :-).
