I like this husky feller. He's sorta smiling. I wonder whether upping the contrast or darkening the background might enhance this shot? Also, my eye wants either his butt or his head to be on the thirds line.

I really like the angle you chose. Seems a bit soft - I played with a bit in Photoshop and some sharpening really brings out the wheat and the tree. You may also want to try putting the horizon dead center - right now it's not quite center and not quite on a third. A touch of saturation will help bring out the tree and the richness of the wheat too.

Bowing heads of ripe wheat are a long-time symbol in art and you have photographed an image well, from near to far. The tree, of course, adds a nice green to the end of growing year harvest photo.
