This is blurry because the subject is moving not the camera so you were not panning so it isn't really fit for the challenge, it is a cute picture though.

I think this is the reverse of what motion panning means. You should be moving the camera with your subject to keep her still and in focus, allowing the motion to blur the background while keeping her sharp against it :)

This really has potential to be a great shot. The trick for motion panning is to lock on her and catch her, leaving the background showing the motion. This looks like you locked on the background.
