I think this misses the mark by having the subject blurred and the background relatively sharp; it is my understanding that the challenge is to do the opposite. Hope this is a helpful comment.

You captured the motion of her play, but in a backwards sense.
Had this been a motion pan, the background would have been blurry, keeping the main subject at least somewhat in focus. 4
