Looks like you let your AF do the talking. You could either turn it off and focus manually or move around 'till the AF goes to the right place. (Should have been focused on the four capacitors in the front or the front edge of the chip on the right)

This is my least favorite for a few reasons. The colors are too flat for me as opposed to the other photo I chose. Also, though this is not always an issue for me, the noise in this photo bothers me. I'd have run it through some noise elimination program if you have one.

This, as opposed to the other "least fav" photo where I commented, works really well with its centered subject. The colours are beautiful and the texture details are excellent.

I think a different composition might make this more interesting - the centered subject doesn't work here. The colours look a little dull, especially since the background is also light. Overall, the picture has a soft pastel tendency but the border is very dark and overpowering. That little bud on the bottom left corner seems a little lost. I would have either included it fully or totally crop it out.

Sorry if this seems rather negative. Just thought your forum idea was great.
