Without a doubt this was the best picture in the challenge. I can see how it got hurt by the literal interpretation of the rules. But still I expected it to make it to the top ten. Don't get discouraged by narrow minded voters.

Oops. A misinterpretation of the rules. This is still a very interesting photo with nice composition, texture, and detail. I always prefer when the subject is not looking at the camera. It tends to emphasize the fact that there is a camera and another person involved. I much prefer the subject looking away at something. This creatres curiousity and wonder about what the subject is looking at or thinking about. Good job.

Really nice portrait, great colors, great lighting, nice details, only problem: you\'re looking UP at her, and you\'re supposed to be taking the photo looking DOWN according to the rules of the challenge, so I\'m not sure if you\'re going to get a passing mark. . .
