Throwing Salt Over Your Shoulderby asmithphotosComment by moniepenny: There seems to be just too much going on so it's difficult to figure out whether the main subject is the hand, which isn't in very good focus, or the sharply focused, yet distracting food on the table. Good try though, people probably gave you weird looks for doing that in McDonald's. |

Throwing Salt Over Your Shoulderby asmithphotosComment by Tygerr: Can't see the salt very well. Exposure is a bit bright, and focus is a bit off. There was an entry that placed in the top 5 of the previous Superstitions challenge that used the same superstition. Have a look at it, and see how you could have added more expression to this idea. |

Swinging in Motionby asmithphotosComment by ShannonLee: there is a right way and a wrong way to do motion blur... this looks like it happened on accident. it would have looked better if you followed your subject with the camera, keeping him in focus and the background blurred. |

Throwing Salt Over Your Shoulderby asmithphotosComment by Lena: Nice idea, but I'm sure you could have done it better - it isn't a very attractive shot, and it isn't very interesting either. The salt on the shoulder looks like dandruff! Nice try though |
