Seems a little unsharp around the mouth particularly...maybe a little more depth of field would improve. The background is distracting, and the brown sofa, brown shirt, and brown walls don't let the subject pop as much as I'd like.

What a great capture! Love the faces of everyone involved. The ump, so very serious and attentive - the catcher, really concentrating on what it is he has to concentrate on (the ball, not the runner), and the runner, off the ground, eye on the prize. Yeah, the background is busy, but hey, it's a city ballpark - it's what life is. Nice.
