Nice action, but too over-exposed. Also, take a little more care with framing your shot. If you watch the swans for long enough you will learn to anticipate how they are going to behave and are more likely to be ready to make the most of the moment.

Although I think you wanted to include the snake's shadow, I don't think it really enhances this shot. The composition might be stronger with more space below his head.

It lacks a three dimensional perspective. It is a snakes-eye view whick is a kind of persepctive. The snakes shadow is distracting.

I kind of wish the eye weren't red, but I do understand the limits of the editing allowed :) Otherwise, great shot, I love the huge shadow in the background, maybe next try to get the whole snake in focus? I don't know how possible it is, depending on how big it is, but I love it either way. 9 :)
