A lack of DOF control hurts this image which would otherwise be a ribbon contender. A little more attention to the details of a macro shot would have improved this image tremendously.

This would have been a great image if the DOF had been kept under control. It's also ever so slightly out of focus which also hurts.

Extra point for choosing one of my two favourite bands in the world. Composition is a bit muddled though. The flower competes too much for the viewers attention (because of the brightness and the fact that it is within the focus field).
