Good environmental portrait. So many have disappointed, this works. I would consider next time just adjusting your composition slightlty as he is to the left of centre and looking out of frame. That means all the good stuff behind him are lost to the image

The background is too cluttered for me and while the girl has a pleasant smile, she is looking off camera and she was captured in an awkward stance that doesn't really reveal much about her enjoyment or the exhuberence of sliding. I think placing yourself at the bottom and timing the shot so you could catch the girl's expression in mid slide would have created a far more dynamic and interesting photo for the objective viewer.
