Venomousby arjunasComment by arjunas: Actually, I beat a hasty retreat when the thing jumped into the lens. Turns out that the giant house spider is the second fastest spider in the world, according to Guinness (it can run up to 1.5mph).
She is still alive, and living in my garage, killing all the other spiders. :) |

Kept Sadnessby arjunasComment by lynnmarie: I think the eye is the focus here. The top 1/3 or more should be cropped to emphasize that. Also, this needs more contrast to increase the texture of the skin. The picture size is also too small for this challenge. |
