Tree Skeleton'sby eye has not seenComment by LalliSig: I am sorry but this seems to me (I emphasize the word "seems") to be a snapshot, just doesn´t seem very well thought out compositionally as it appears to be taken from eye height and not really has anything that draws out an interesting angle of the subject/s. Next time I urge you to try something a bit more dramatic, like take the shot from a lower vantage point or higher or a closeup. I voted 4 on this and expect you to do better next time :D |

Tree Skeleton'sby eye has not seenComment by jaysonmc: I like the subject material; the execuation could have been a bit better. Maybe a bit closer to the subject iwth and extra wide angle??? Or maybe a study in Black and white??? Average rating for a photo subject with high promise. |

Tree Skeleton'sby eye has not seenComment by Traff: Great observational capture - the trees look like some kind of skeletal alien species! Great colour pallet too - love the muted tones.
The sky area though kinda flattens it out a bit for me - it doesn't feel like it's contributing - I'd suggest cropping right down to just above the tree line so that the sky area balances with the water more... seems to increase the impression of a more dynamic perspective.
Like this image - nice work. |

raysby eye has not seenComment by SaraR: Sunrays like this are always exciting to see, but from a photographic standpoint this would have been improved with a skyline with a bit more interest - some trees or buildings, or even people, as the light would have allowed for strong silhouettes. |

raysby eye has not seenComment by ladyhawk22: You've done a good job capturing the rays of light as they come through the clouds. A horizon with some more trees or texture might give this photo a little more impact....but when you see something striking like this lightplay, sometimes you just have to enjoy it where you are :-) |

raysby eye has not seenComment by mamba: good job in capturing the rays through the clouds. though the clouds do seem a little fuzzy in some areas. |
