Image is a little soft/out of focus and she looks a little green. I'm not sure about the composition, I think I'd prefer to see more of the head than the negative space in the bottom left corner.

I knew my photo was going to be one of the lowest scorers, but I was amazed to find one of my 10's scoring lower than mine! This is what I call a "painterly" photo. It's a beautiful picture that an art-lover would appreciate for its color, composition, mood, the way the eye moves along its shapes, etc. Art lovers never step up to a Kandinsky and say, "hey this is out of focus!"
