Ok. there doesn't appear to be any shadows in this shot. Only darkness due to nightfall or a dark room.

This looks a little *too* dark for my personal taste. I can't tell what the object is that you're shadowing.

Oh Man! what happened to her head? (his head?) Neat shot , but of what? I like it a lot. Sure is dark, but I like dark too. Looks like a headless woman looking thru a porthole or the front of a small submarine with a ghoastly figure looking back. I hope we get to see a lighter version.-------10

I think thats the gargoyle dude from disney, but I'm not sure. I think Silouhettes work best when its a familiar item to everyone.

This shot is so dark on my computer that I cannot make out what it is. I even tried increasing the brightness in an editing program, but no luck.

Wow, powerful image, but ackward and VERY dark. Suggestion: Try a little (small amount) of front lighting, just enough to show some features of the doll/toy. Also, try an angle that has your subject covers the lamp bulb more (would look more like a hero in the moonlight, which is the effect I think you were going for.) Photo 4 (sorry, but wouldn't want this on my wall) Creativity 7 (great idea, but needs better execution) Shadows 5 (so dark!!!) total score 6

that wasnt on my carpet. my dog killed a rabbit, and placed it in the middle of the porch. then she killed elmo, and brought it to the middle of the porch for me to approve. after a few days i noticed this is what had happened. i decided to take the picture exactly as i had found it. the problem was all the dirt and tree droppings made it look funky. so i shook the camera
