While this is a nice shot - certainly gives me the feeling of autumn and approaching winter- I don't think it meets the challenge. When I think of landscapes, I think of intimate settings in the woods or by a stream or a broader view of mountains, lakes, and rivers. The same is true with cityscapes - a broader view than say just a sidewalk or planter. I would have voted this higher in a different challenge.

Way over-exposed. These types of shots are usually nice when you can see the deep rich colors of the leafs and grass.

You've got good detail on this photo. Some of the lighting seems a bit harsh (some blown highlights) which takes a bit of the color away from the leaves. But you have a lot of texture going here which is cool to look at. Maybe try adjusting the Levels a bit darker to bring down some of the whites.
