Characterby imagine74Comment by Tammer: I like the perspective. For me though, when I look at her and follow where she's looking, it leads me right out of the photo. I wonder what this would have looked like if she were looking the other way. |

Characterby imagine74Comment by karmat: good composition and nice colors and sky. appears to be seriously oversharpened though. |

Characterby imagine74Comment by Yo_Spiff: Not sure what to make of this scene. Bundled up with scarf and jacket looks out of place on a beach, though it certainly can get cold there. As a travel picture to show she was there, this is great. There's a lot of jagginess showing aroudnd the woman, especially her left arm and purse. A different method of rescaling the image would have probably helped. |

Characterby imagine74Comment by ccraft: I really love this picture. It's one of my favorites while voting so far. Very strong and I love the composition, colour of light, etc. My only comment (more for future reference) is that it seems very over-sharpened on my monitor (which has medium contrast). You may be using a monitor that has low contrast that doesn't show the sharpening as much. Your image appears to already be pretty sharp so you probably don't need to do as much sharpening. If you have photoshop, try the "unsharp" mask filter. Despite the name, it's one of the more elegant sharpening tools. |
