Mustang - A Fine Cut!!by androctonComment by androcton: @Ja-9: Yes, I could not frame the picture any other way to avoid that reflection. I thought it was distracting too. It is the striped shade above the car. |

Mustang - A Fine Cut!!by androctonComment by Ja-9: I know this is picky cause you have a great picture here but what is the "strong reflection" on the car's windshield and hood? I'm not taking points away for that...it just distracts from the car |

My worst nightmare : ME FIGHTING MYSELF!!!!by androctonComment by Citadel: Greetings from the critique club!
As mentioned before this is a really great idea that is kinda hard to pull off effectively. Some editing in post would have helped this shot quite a bit I think.
That aside getting away from the wall might have helped as there are some harsh shadows. Also, since your are using a long exposure anyways, I would have used a smaller aperture to get more sharpness.
A different angle would also help set the mood a bit and perhaps get better lighting of your face (especially on the left hand capture).
I'd be interested in seeing another attempt at this shot addressing some of the issues presented here and in other comments. |
