I like the frozen moment element of this, with each doing something here. The affected lass on the left (is she with them? There for some other reason?). The bride handing off the bouquet (or taking it back). The gent with the inexplicably tight pants working the equipment. The groom, nearly hidden by the bride, his attention elsewhere.

I probably would have position the glass on the right side so it didn't have the buildings growing out of the top of it. Might have helped balance the shot a bit.
