the way this is lit (on board flash it seems) make the whole thing look flat. Perhaps more selective lighting would have brought out the contours of the fruit more.

Critique Club Comment.
Technical: I assume that this was shot through glass as you say it is a window display although I dont see any reflections! The focus is slightly soft and fuzzy, the colourand lighting good.
Composition: As Miss Piggy is the focal point I would have done away with the puppet audience as they are distracting!
I feel this would be better cropped in portrait mode, as it is slightly flattened in the landscape format.
Although this would be good as part of a Christmas article it is not really photo journalism as it would not stand alone with out it's title!
For me although this is a nice shot it does not say Wow!
