Comment by ericsuth:
neat composition/color; textures of the metal compared to the blurred (water?) is very interesting. looks to me like an ocean scene where the salt is quickly corroding the metal

Comment by Sammie:
The colors and texture in your picture are really nice. I think it might have been nice if more of the wheel was actually in the picture.

I very much like the imaginative take on the Challenge you provide with this image. It's a work of art. Good luck! 10

That looks more like a gear to me, but I really like the lighting and colors, so who cares. A little sharper on the rust would have helped a little.

Great picture and I love the colours and shadows. Not sure if you should either have got the front bar in focus or restricted focus to just the cogs.

Comment by undieyatch:
Rusty device has a nice colour & cool murky background offsets the structure well. The low strong light emphasize the rugged metal texture and strong shadow create an illusion of a somewhat loose seperation of the parts. I like the repeating use of the triangle shape (in positive & negative areas) which make for a interesting composition - a cradel to hold the triangle toothed gear (wheel) . A tighter crop at the top (touching the peak) might strengthen the iconographic qualities.
