Boy, I'm not sure if the others are giving you hell for post-processing or not, but I really love this picture. I love the grain and the overall simplicity. I think it gives it a very nostalgic feel for when we can all think back to our days in school.

Great job! I hope the photo-purists don't beat you up too much! We need more "artists" around here.

The more I look, the more I see in this, and the more I like it, in it's Norman Rockwell type of appeal. The apple is just the most lovely prop. Please include your postprocessing notes...i'm very interested to find out.
