Petals and Raindropsby BowerbirdComment by livitup: It's a pretty shot, but the water drops are getting very tired. Also the transparency is not the point of the photo, it's just a pretty macro shot that happens to have water drops in it. |

Kookaburra Among Gum Leavesby BowerbirdComment by tmhalling: This bird is direct center of the frame which is generally a bad idea photographically as the eye tends to ignore the middle of the photo. Also it does not seem to meet the challenge as it does not seem busy in any way. |

Kookaburra Among Gum Leavesby BowerbirdComment by Prism: leaves are definitely busy. IMO, perhaps aligning the bird more to the right side instead of directly in the centre would help compositionally. Focus is too soft for my taste and colours are very muted. |
